Street Merch LA – Return & Refund Policy

At Street Merch LA, we take pride in delivering quality streetwear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Returns & Exchanges (Eligible Cases Only)

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item or size

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with tags and packaging
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited drops / exclusive releases
  • Accessories (hats, socks, etc.)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@streetmerchla.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the item
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@streetmerchla.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first at info@streetmerchla.com for the return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
